Educational Coaching/Mentorship
Empowering the Next Generation
Showing up to school is one thing but ensuring that you complete the journey and do so successfully takes hard work. The good thing is that you don’t have to do it alone. El Shama consulting will help you improve the core factors to great academic achievements. These include but not limited to, time management, finding time, motivation, studying skills, memorization, and speed reading. Our educational coaching will also focus helping students understand themselves and finding their habitat. We will also help students develop an appreciation and acceptance for their own abilities and the lack thereof. Getting and understanding of personal values and interest is also what we aim to accomplish.

We provide support to youths that have experience trauma or loss and is having a hard time to cope. Our lived experience model makes our strategies effective and will give you the right mindset to acknowledge, accept and accelerate. Our program is committed to helping youth and children navigate grief with empathy, understanding, and a focus on holistic healing. Our goal is to empower them to find hope and resilience on their journey toward emotional well-being and recovery.
