Drop in Services
The Family Worker/Coach provides crucial support to families facing challenges by offering guidance, resources, and advocacy to strengthen family dynamics and promote resilience. This role centers on working with families in crisis or transition to help them navigate issues such as housing instability, mental health struggles, and family conflicts. By building trusting relationships and implementing tailored strategies, the Family Worker/Coach empowers families to overcome obstacles, improve communication, and create a more stable and supportive home environment.

The Youth Worker/Coach plays a vital role in supporting young people aged 14 - 22 by providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them overcome life challenges and achieve their goals. This role involves working with at-risk youth, often those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or family instability, to build trust, resilience, and the skills necessary for personal development. The Youth Worker/Coach will foster a safe, supportive environment and offer personalized support tailored to the unique needs of each youth.

Youth Empowerment Living
Welcome to our Youth Housing Support Program, where we aim to assist young individuals in their transition to independent living.
Our program is specifically tailored for those who are unable to remain at home or are relocating from another province, providing a secure and supportive living environment.
We offer comprehensive services, including safe housing, informative workshops focused on essential independent living skills, personalized wellness coaching, and access to qualified youth worker services. Additionally, at a cost we provide transportation to appointments as needed, ensuring that our participants receive the necessary support throughout their journey to independence.

Skill Development
Welcome to our youth work services, designed specifically for young individuals transitioning to adulthood. We offer a flexible, a la carte approach, allowing organizations to refer youth to any or all of our six tailored workshops. Our sessions are delivered both one-on-one and in group settings, ensuring personalized support and collaborative learning. Together, we empower youth to navigate their journey into adulthood with confidence.

1. Holistic Wellness and Resilience Program

Description: This program would incorporate mental health services, trauma-informed counseling, spiritual guidance, and physical wellness activities, including yoga, mindfulness training, and fitness sessions. The objective is to provide a well-rounded approach to mental and physical health and to offer space for self-reflection and healing.
2. Education Continuation and Vocational Training Program

Description: This program would support youth in continuing their education, earning high school credits, and gaining vocational skills through partnerships with local educational institutions and trade schools. Options would include high school equivalency, GED preparation, and hands-on vocational training in fields like carpentry, plumbing, and technology.

5. Cultural and Community Engagement Program
