The Leading Virtual Christian base Youth Social Services Organization
Founded in 2020, EL Shama Consulting was established in order to provide children and youth an environment in which they can reach their fullest potential. What started off as a small friends and family-community venue has grown into an enterprise that’s committed to empowering children and youth of all backgrounds and culture.
EL Shama Christian youth organization was formed with a mission to provide focus and stability in a challenging world. Our roots are grounded in a commitment to Christian values and principles, aiming to address the needs of young individuals from a wholistic perspective, and dealing with the taboo issue of mental health and illness that often exist within churches.

EL Shama is first of its kind to be black focused, Christian grounded and available virtually across all time zones.

We create programs, events, and initiatives that align with Christian teachings, fostering a sense of purpose, community, and spiritual growth among the youth we serve.

EL Shama strive for self development and will ensure that all that seek our services will leave accomplished Motivated.
